Direct conversation, every time. The website, copy, content direction and key pages go through review before launch. If something feels off, we fix it before we call it done. The goal is not to rush a site live, it is to build something that actually feels like Sash and works properly.
The build fee includes the custom Webflow website, copy and brand voice, homepage, listings, sold results, consultation path, mobile-first build, SEO foundations, basic tracking, Reapit / AgentBox integration setup and one included listing video. Co Launch also covers the initial Reapit setup fee up to $1,000 as part of the build.
Ad spend, Webflow hosting, ongoing Reapit / API / platform fees, additional listing videos after the first included video, extra shoot days, legal work, compliance, trust accounting and full custom software builds are outside the fixed build fee. If something new is needed, we scope it clearly and get approval first.
Dylan and Co Launch lead the strategy, website, copy, content direction, funnel and delivery. Specialist contractors may support editing, design, development, video or implementation where needed, but Co Launch manages the quality and the outcome. You are not being passed to a faceless overseas team.
The expected timeline is 3 to 4 weeks plus revisions, assuming access, assets, feedback and Reapit / AgentBox requirements are provided when needed. The build moves fastest when we can get access, listings information, brand assets and approvals early.
The monthly retainer is $3,200 AUD and starts once the site is live and the content/growth rhythm begins, unless we agree to start earlier. It includes one monthly content shoot, editing and repurposing, content direction for Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube, fortnightly strategy calls, paid ads testing, website support, listing integration support and monthly reporting.
One listing video is included in the initial build so you can see the standard and use it immediately. After that, listing videos are priced separately per listing, so you only pay for them when a listing actually needs one. This keeps the monthly retainer focused on brand, content, growth and strategy.
Yes, if the quality and reliability are there. If we use an existing videographer, Co Launch can still lead the strategy, creative direction, scripting, edit direction, content system, website, ads testing and reporting. The key is that the output needs to fit the standard we are building for Sash now and the future agent-launch model later.
That is a separate opportunity from the Aptaker & Associates website and retainer. The target structure is a 50/50 venture, with Sash bringing the real estate credibility, operations, mentoring and distribution, and Co Launch bringing the brand, website system, AI onboarding, templates, content engine, funnels, ads and delivery network. The exact structure should be documented separately before it is commercialised.
Aptaker & Associates keeps its website content, domain, accounts, footage and final creative assets. Co Launch retains its internal systems, reusable templates, AI workflows, onboarding frameworks and platform IP unless transferred under a separate written agreement. Your business assets stay yours, and our repeatable systems stay protected.
